How do you know if your olive oil is really extra virgin? And how do you know which one the best olive oil?

Why doctors and scientific studies say that extra virgin olive oil is rich in so many health benefits BUT not all extra virgin olive oils are the same? How do I choose which olive oil to buy?

How do you know if any other vegetable oil you may have in your kitchen (whether it is canola oil, peanut oil, saffron oil, sunflower oil, coconut oil etc) is unhealthy because it has been refined with chemicals at very high temperature?

Attend a live session with Cinzia Rascazzo, certified extra virgin olive oil taster and expert in all things like healthy eating and cooking.

During the session you are invited to bring any oil you may have at home or foods that are preserved and made with oil. Oils can be of any type, olive oil or of any other vegetable source.

Just by looking at the packaging and at the information on the label Cinzia will be able to tell you if what you are eating and cooking with is unhealthy, refined with chemicals or if it is rich in polyphenols, Vitamin E and good fats.

Cinzia will also teach you how to buy olive oil or choose any other preserved food that has vegetable oil has an ingredient.

Cinzia will also teach you about the olive oil benefits and the difference with the other vegetable oils.

Three years ago I developed a life threatening allergy to sunflower oil while I was having dinner at a restaurant. Sunflower oil (when not cold pressed) is refined with chemicals.

More and more restaurants use cheap and refined vegetable oils and we also find them in all canned and industrial foods.

It is important that we know what oil we use and what fats we put in our body!

Some oils are not only refined with chemicals but also contain the wrong fats that should not be used for cooking as they release toxins, even when their smoking temperature is high.
