2017 Culinary Retreats & Field Trips
Our mission is to improve people’s quality of life through education and good food. We promote the ancient and Unesco heritage Mediterranean cuisine and way of life.
When you attend our programs and retreats in Puglia, you learn about the unique Stile Mediterraneo cookery method and way of life that was developed by our team of food experts and doctors and is based on medical research and our food expertise.
You will learn: how to source and taste the highest quality ingredients; how to cook them in a way that is not only tasty but also healthy; how to live a slow and balanced lifestyle.
Activities in Puglia range from one day gourmet tours, to one week culinary and health retreats in Puglia. All group activities need a minimum number in order to be confirmed.
When you attend our one week educational food and wine field trips in other Italian regions, you learn how to apply the Stile Mediterraneo method to other regional cuisines. You meet the artisans that we hand picked and learn about to taste and source the highest quality regional foods and wines.
All our programs are led by our food experts and provided in Puglia, Tuscany, Piedmont, Sardinia, Trentino Alto Adige, Basque country (France and Spain).
When providing one week programs, we operate under the Artisans of Taste brand, which is our licensed tour operator company (by international law only licensed tour operators can sell programs, courses or retreats that last longer than 1 day).
