During this culinary tour in the Basque country you will attend cooking classes, taste excellent wines, visit beautiful markets, go to Michelin stars restaurants. You will learn about ancient tradition of cultivating peppers, taste amazing ham and cheese, eat dishes that unique to this beautiful region that has so much history and a strong identity.

This tour requires a good level of fitness. There is an extra for people staying in a single room.
