This Membership is for women, leaders, entrepreneurs, individuals in mid-life who want to reinvent themselves while staying connected and meeting new inspiring friends.

We will meet once every other month for a long weekend, from Thursday to Sunday.
It will be a wonderful opportunity to meet new inspiring friends, get ideas on how you can reinvent yourself and use your network and expertise to do good in the second half of your life, and learn how to turn “fear” into “courage” and fuel for personal and professional growth.

During the weekend there will be group self-reflective sessions as well as workshops led by Cinzia Rascazzo on “food as medicine” as a natural source of energy for our brain and body and on how to use Arts and Theater to build deep connections and turn fear into courage.
This is key for people who want to reinvent themselves but are stuck, don’t know how to start, what their meaning is.

Membership costs 800 euro per person per year. It does not include the cost of the weekend.

About Cinzia Rascazzo
Cinzia is an case of a person who reinvented herself by switching from finance/corporate world into becoming an advocate for stakeholder capitalism and healthy longevity.
Cinzia believes that the way we do capitalism, based only on profit and intensive farming, results in products (in the food, fashion, beauty, etc sectors) that are toxic for us and the planet, and have very little micronutrients (polyphenols, antioxidants, vitamins etc), even when organic.
Going organic is only part of the solution, since organic products may not be nutritious and may contain very few micronutrients.

Cinzia believes in the power of connections and in the power of Arts and Theater in order to bring people back to their humanity, senses and create deep connections.

Cinzia has studied music and piano for most of her life and has recently completed a program at the Academy of Theater in Italy.
