You may select our private guided cooking classes and wine or olive oil tours if you prefer to travel with your own family or group of friends.
We organize independent / self guided culinary vacations and tours for people who prefer to travel at their own pace and without a guide.
Select the class or tour of interest and check the availability using the calendar at the bottom of each activity page.
BOOK
To make a booking, fill the form that you find at the bottom of each activity page, specifying the number of people attending the class or tour.
When using the calendar, all fully booked dates are in red, available days are in green and the dates you select are in blue.
Choose whether to send the deposit offline (via bank wire) or with credit card via paypal.com. We request a deposit of 50 euro per person.
CONFIRMATION
After we receive your booking request, we will verify availability and send you an email confirming all tour details, paypal deposit or deposit instructions (in case you prefer to pay via bank wire) and terms and policies.
MINIMUM NUMBER
For the group cooking classes and wine / olive oil tours, we need to reach a minimum of 4 people to confirm a date.
We look for the other people in case there are less than 4 people in your party.
We will confirm you no later than one month before arrival (or earlier, if possible) whether we reached the minimum number.
For the private guided classes and tours as well as for the independent / self guided tours, we request a minimum of 2 people.
REMAINING BALANCE
Once a date is confirmed and we reached the minimum number, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance.
TOUR LEADER & CLASS INSTRUCTOR
Some classes, activities and events are personally conducted by Cinzia Rascazzo. This is specified on the calendar page, next to each date.
On all other dates, activities are led by guides and local experts personally selected and instructed by Cinzia Rascazzo. They follow the Stile Mediterraneo’s standards and speak fluent English.
We also provide private or independent activities: we put together an itinerary personalized based on your interests and budget.
FINAL ITINERARY
Final itinerary will be sent 10 days before arrival.
PRIVATE ACTIVITIES
These are activities just for your and your group of friends. Activities can be customized based on your interest and budget.
Price for the private classes and tours is based on the itinerary, services and number of people.
If you are interested in a private tour please contact us specifying number of people and services you would like to have included.
INDEPENDENT TOURS
These are activities for people who prefer to travel at their own pace. Our self guided tours may include accommodations, transfers and tours.
ACCOMMODATION
Once you book a group class or tour, we will send you a list of recommended accommodations. You can choose to stay at any other place of your preference or you can select from the list we put together on our accommodation page.
Accommodation is not included but we will help you to select and book the hotel, villa or bed and breakfast that best suit your interest and budget.
ACTIVITIES IN PUGLIA AND TRANSFERS
Cooking classes provided by Stile Mediterraneo Cooking School take place at different locations in the Lecce area. Winery tours, market tours and all other visits to producers take place in Lecce or countryside around it.
Transfers for the activities provided in Puglia are included in the 4, 5, 7 and 8 day group tours. All the group transfers depart from a meeting place in Lecce.
For the one day tours and one day cooking classes, you can choose to use your own car or we can help you organize them with a driver. Transfer with a driver is extra and depends on number of people and location where you will be picked up from.
