Join our one week health retreats and workshops in Puglia for doctors and specifically focused on teaching the real meaning of the Mediterranean Diet and the way it really works: a combination of healthy food, social and balanced lifestyle, social impact. Learn why the Mediterranean cuisine and lifestyle allows people to live in a healthy and sustainable way.
During our retreats people learn our method based on three pillars:
–Food: we empower people to make informed and conscious food choices that have an impact on their health and build a sustainable planet. We teach people how to eat in a balanced way, increasing the consumption of foods that are naturally rich in antioxidants or other good nutrients and that are plant based. This to reduce the consumption of food supplements (one of the biggest source of pollution in the world), meat (that has lots of negative effects esp on our climate), and processed food/soft drinks (source of obesity and health diseases). We promote fresh organic food made without chemicals and not wrapped in plastic (one of the biggest source of pollution of our sea and fish).
–Lifestyle: we promote a balanced way of life that fosters regular sports activities as well as social interaction with family and friends
–Social Impact: we teach how to spend a meaningful life by having a purpose through what we do and how we live.
